Phi Theta Kappa will be sponsoring a blood drive through the American Red Cross on Tuesday, September 14, 2010.

Women’s Soccer Remains Undefeated with Dodge Win

 Coming off a conference win on Friday, the PCC Women’s Soccer Team squared off in a non-conference match on Tuesday. This was PCC’s first contest at their temporary home pitch in Havilland, KS, and the win moved them to 2-0 on the season.

Men's Soccer Opens with Win over Indy

The Pratt Community College Men’s Soccer Team opened their 2010 campaign with a hard fought 1-0 win against Independence Community College on Friday. Callum Charlton scored the winning goal just before the halftime whistle. Pratt had several other excellent scoring opportunities in the second half, but could not capitalize on any of them.

Volleyball Goes 2-2 in Opening Tournament

It was a somewhat auspicious beginning for the 2010 Beaver volleyball squad, as the freshman laden team went 2-2 over the weekend in Lamar, Colorado. Pratt defeated Clarendon (TX) and Sheridan (WY), but lost to #21 Laramie County (WY) and Western Wyoming.

Lady Beaver Soccer Team Nets Historic Win

The Lady Beaver Soccer Team opened their inaugural season with a victory over Independence on Friday afternoon. Pratt defeated their Jayhawk Conference opponent 2-1.  Alycia Reed scored the historic first goal for Pratt's women's soccer program, taking a cross from Tanya Morales.

Welcome to Pratt Community College. We believe that the PCC experience is key to college success.  In keeping with that philosophy, we are pleased to offer you an exciting, new and more interactive Web site.
 
We encourage you to create an account (located on the left). This will enable you to join the groups you are interested in. Are you a sports fan? Become an honorary member of your favorite Beaver team and receive email updates when they have a press release or post photos. Are you all about your field of study or technical program? These groups are also represented and available for membership. You can receive news about any fine arts production that is presented by the college. Join one or all, it’s up to you.
 
Here are some suggestions to help you become a connected and informed Beaver.

  •  Create New Account: Here, you will be asked to provide a user name and email address. You will receive a confirmation message and will need to access your email to receive further instructions. 
  • You can view the groups you are interested in, and will be given the opportunity to become a member. Just go to the group homepage and select Join (located on the left), it’s that simple.
  • If you are a current or prospective student, it is imperative that you join the following groups:  Student Services, Student Life, Student Success Center, and Financial Information (all located under the About PCC tab).
  • Take the process one step further and fill out a profile (My Account). You can find friends and tell other members a little bit about yourself.

We invite you to explore the site, but more than that, join our groups and make this a truly interactive experience.   We are waiting to hear from you, find out why we say, “Pratt Community College, Our People Make the Difference”.
