PTK Fall 2010 Induction

Pratt Community College’s Phi Theta Kappa hosted its Fall 2010 Induction Ceremony on Thursday, September 23. Presiding officers included: Alicia Fishgrab, president; A.D. Blue, vice president; James Enick, vice president of communications; Laramie Lawrence, vice president of public relations; and Hannah Shaw; advisor.
 
The new PTK members inducted are: Brady Batman, Marilyn Fox, Eric Hamilton, Jamie Hitt, Chelsea Hoffman, Brooke Parker, Brian Rios, Victoria Sanders, Barbara Schmidt, William Shoup, Trent Stevenson and Sara Venters.
 
“The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two year college students. To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa shall provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service, for an intellectual climate for exchange of ideas and ideals, for lively fellowship for scholars, and for stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence.”
