7 PCC Student-Athletes Receive Academic All-America Honors

Pratt Community College had seven student-athletes selected for the 2009-2010 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Academic All-America Honors.
The students are: Ryan Clark, Kyle Wells, baseball; Naomi Hill, Madison Hughes, Leticia Perez-Manzanera, softball; Dustin Murphy, Ciera Nelson, track and field.
In order to be named an Academic All-American, a student athlete must compile a grade point average of 3.60 to 3.79 on a 4.0 scale and complete 45 semester hours of coursework. Distinguished Academic All-Americans must compile a 3.80 or better grade point average and complete 45 semester hours of coursework.
